A REQUEST FOR AN ACTUARIAL PRESENTATION BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL PRIOR TO COMMENCING PUBLIC HEARINGS ON    THE CITY BUDGET  Resolved that,  WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the Rules of the City Council for the 2023-2024 WHEREAS, the City Council desires to further amend the previously adopted Rules ofthe City Council for 2023-2024 session to require an actuarial presentation before the City Council  session via PCR-1-23; and  prior to commencing public hearings on the City Budget.  NOW THEREFORE, BE ITI RESOLVED, the following Rules ofthe 2023-2024 session are hereby amended by adding thereto the following new: rule: City  Council  for the  [.]  ACTUARIAL PRESENTATION  RULE 42: In. January of each year, the City Council President shall cause tol be initiated ai to an actuarial firm for the purpose ofscheduling aj presentation relative to the financial status request and outlook of the City of Warwick at a public hearing prior to the first public hearing on the  Budget.  City  This Resolution shall take effect upon passage.  The Council Solicitor shall provide the Clerk a revised draft of the City Council Rules in its entirety as hereby amended, and the Clerk is directed to post the revised rules on the  of City  Warwick website.
