Review and possible approval of agreement with ACRA (Amador County Recreation Agency) for City Manager Carl Simpson advised that Vice Mayor Simmons originally approached him in April about possibly making some improvements (specifically installing AC) to the Scout Hut in order for ACRA to use the building for after school programs in the upcoming school year. Improvements are almost complete and the ACRA program has already begun using the facility. The goal ofthis meeting is to obtain official Council approval oft the lease/use oft the Scout Hut by the ACRA program and consider fees.
