Hwy 175,  Seagoville, Texas with a quorum present, to wit:  Dennis Childress Jon Epps Jose Hernandez Rick Howard Harold Magill Mike Fruin  Mayor Mayor Pro Tem Councilmember Councilmember Councilmember Councilmember  The following staff members were also present: City Manager Patrick Stallings, Police Chief Ray Calverley, Community Development Director Ladis Barr, City Attorney Victoria Thomas, Finance Director Patrick Harvey, Library Director Liz Gant, Public Works Director Phil DeChant, Director of Administrative Services Cindy Brown, and A. Lydia Spaun, District Director for U.S. Congressman Lance Gooden  City Secretary Kandi Jackson.
