Approve minutes for meetings held on March 16, 2015. 2C. Approve Ordinance No. 06-15 amending Chapter 13, "Offenses and Nuisances", Article 13.04, "Junked Vehicles", Section 13.04.002, "Definitions", and by amending Chapter 21, "Building Regulations", Article 21.02, "Technical and Construction Codes and Standards", Division 10, "Property Maintenance Code", Section 21.02.504, "Amendments", to amend the definition ofj junked vehicle in order to be consistent with State law; providing a repealing clause; providing a severability clause; and providing an 3C. Approve Resolution No. 09-R-15 authorizing Dallas County to resell tax foreclosed property at 810 Netherland Drive, Seagoville, Texas, by public or private sale, to the highest qualified purchaser, as provided by Section 34.05 oft the' Texas Property Code. No one spoke for or against the Ordinance. The public hearing was closed at 7:12 p.m. Councilmember Howard made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Epps, to approve Ordinance No. 08-15 readopting, ratifying, republishing and extending Ordinance No. 12-06, codified as Chapter 13, "Offenses and Nuisances", Article 13.06, Minors, Division 2, "Curfew", for a period of three (3)years; providing a repealing clause; providing a severability clause; and Oagainst. providing an effective date. A vote was cast 4 for, 0 against. ITEM7. COUNCI_MEMBER REPORTS. Terri Ashmore commented on open communication lines; past comments about possibly using closed Dallas ISD Alternative School as a community center; informed by Dallas ISD representatives school has asbestos and too costly to abate more cost effective to tear down; reminded public of upcoming Arts Festival being held at Seagoville High School on April 18", andi invited everyone to attend. ITEM8. CITIZENCOMMENTS. Philip Pelayo, 797 S. Kaufman Street commented on Georgia Lane; benefits other areas annexed received they have not; Ballard Road waterline; City needs to take time to hear residents of Georgia Lane; Planning & Zoning Commission and water utilities restrictions; desire to continue to look into issues; and make better for residents of Seagoville, not just twelve (12) Dennis Johnson for Ted Kerico (150 Georgia Lane), - 9612 Presto Drive, Frisco, TX = commented hired as Real Estate Agent by Mr. Kerico to sell his property; inquired with City as to current zoning; annexation; responsibility of homeowners VS. City; asked 150 Georgia Lane be plaçed on an agenda to discuss; cannot sell property at this time; and property devalued by residents on Georgia Lane. annexation. ITEM9 9. FUTURE AGENDAITEMS.
