Gagondlle MINUTES OF CITY COUNCIL REGULAR SESSION DECEMBER 7, 2020 The Regular Session of the City Council of the City of Seagoville, Texas was called to order at 7:15 p.m. on Monday, December 7, 2020, at City Hail, 702 N. Hwy 175, Seagoville, Texas with a quorum present, to wit: Dennis Childress Jon Epps Jose Hernandez Rick Howard Harold Magill Mike Fruin Mayor Mayor Pro Tem Councilmember Councilmember Councilmember Councilmember The following staff members were also present: City Manager Patrick Stallings, Police Chief Ray Calverley, Community Development Director Ladis Barr, Police Captain Steve Davis, Director of Health & Code Jimmy Stephens, and Director of Administrative Services Cindy Brown. Invocation - Invocation was led by Mayor Childress. Pledge of Allegiance - Mayor Childress led the Pledge of Allegiance. Mayor's Report - Mayor Childress wished everyone a Merry Christmas.
