Discuss and consider approving a Resolution authorizing publication of notice of intention to issue certificates of obligation for the design, acquisition, construction and improvement of certain public works and authorizing certain City Manager Stallings stated that this item will be presented during Regular Session. 5. Discuss and consider approving a Resolution of the City Council of the City ofSeagoville, Texas, approving a Work Order No. 7 Agreement with Garver, LLC, in accordance with the City's March 24, 2021 Master Agreement for Professional Services with Garver, LLC, for drainage surveys and engineering services (Colonial Circle & High School Drive alley), in an amount not to exceed Twenty One Thousand Six Hundred Thirty One Dollars ($21,631.00); authorizing the City Manager to execute said agreement; providing a repealing clause; providing a severability clause; and providing an effective date (Public Public Works Director Ryan stated that this Resolution approves approving a Work Order No. 7 Agreement with Garver, LIC, in accordance with the City's March 24, 2021 Master Agreement for Professional Services with Garver, LLC, for drainage surveys and engineering services (Colonial Circle & High School Drive alley), in an amount not to exceed Twenty One Thousand Six Hundred Thirty One Dollars ($21,631.00); authorizing the City. Manager to execute said agreement. 6. Receive an update from Public Works about leaking fire hydrant on Seagoville Road, the construction of Shannon Road, Lasater Road, and Stark Road, water leak on Hall Road and Johnnie Row, and the Hall Road street City Manager Stallings stated that this item will be presented by Halff Associates 7. These items approve an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Seagoville, adopting a curfew for juveniles as part of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Seagoville, by adding new sections 13.06.031 through 13.06.035 to Chapter 13, "Offenses and Nuisances", Article 13.06, "Minors", Division 2, "Curfew"; providing for a penalty of fine not to exceed the sum of Five Hundred Dollars Chief) (S500.00). for each offense.
