Fisoantle  MINUTES OF CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION MAY 15,2017  The Work Session of the City Council of the City of Seagoville, Texas was called to order at 6:31 p.m. on Monday, May 15, 2017, at City Hall, 702 N. Hwy 175, Seagoville, Texas with  a quorum present, to wit:  Dennis Childress Jose Hernandez Rick Howard Harold Magill Mike Fruin Jon Epps  Mayor Mayor Pro Tem Councilmember Councilmember Councilmember Councilmember  The following staff members were also present: City Manager Patrick Stallings, Police Chief Ray Calverley, Fire Chief Todd Gilcrease, Community Development Director Ladis Barr, City Attorney Alexis Allen, Library Director Liz Gant, Finance Director Patrick Harvey, Seagoville Economic Development Director Kirk Clennan, HR Director/Risk Manager Cindy Brown and  City Secretary Kandi Jackson.  A. Discuss regular session agenda items  1. Consider approving City Council Meeting minutes for May 1,2017 (City Secretary) 2. Consider a Resolution Declaring a 2011 Ford, Crown Victoria Property Surplus and Authorizing the City Manager to Sell, Trade, or Dispose of the Property in Accordance with the Processes Established in the Code of Ordinances (Police Chief) ChiefCalverley: stated this vehicle has over 120,000 miles and is ini need of repairs that 3. Consider approving an Ordinance approving a negotiated settlement between the Atmos Cities Steering Committee ("ACSC")and. Atmos Energy Corp., Mid-Tex Division regarding the Company's2 2017 Rate Review Mechanism (RRM) Filings; declaring existing rates to be unreasonable; adopting tariffs that reflect rate adjustments consistent with the negotiated settlement; finding the rates to be set by the settiement tariffs to be just and reasonable and in the public interest; requiring reconciliation and rate adjustments if federal income tax rates change; terminating the RRM process for 2018 pending renegotiation of RRM terms and conditions; requiring the company to reimburse ACSC's reasonable ratemaking expenses; determining that this Ordinance was passed in accordance with the requirements of the Texas Open Meetings Act; adopting a savings clause; declaring an effective date;  are more than the car is worth.
