Gisndle MINUTES OF CITY COUNCIL REGULAR SESSION JULY 15,2019 The Regular Session of the City Council of the City of Seagoville, Texas was called to order at' 7:00 p.m. on Monday, July 15, 2019, at City Hall, 702 N. Hwy 175, Seagoville, Texas with a quorum present, to wit: Dennis Childress Jon Epps Jose Hernandez Rick Howard Harold Magill Mike Fruin Mayor Mayor Pro Tem Councilmember Councilmember Councilmember Councilmember Absent The following staff members were also present: Police Chief Ray Calverley, Community Development Director Ladis Barr, City Attorney Victoria Thomas, Director of Administrative Services Cindy Brown, and City Secretary Kandi Jackson. Invocation - Invocation was led by Councilmember Magill. Pledge of Allegiance - Pledge of Allegiance was led by Mayor Childress. Recognition - Officer Benavides - Police Chief Ray Calverley and Police Captain Davis presented Officer Benavides with a Meritorious Service Award, for his efforts to save a life while Mayor's Report - Mayor Childress thanked the Police Department for all their hard work and thanked Police ChiefCalverley and Police Captain Davis for their leadership.
