Fisoutle  MINUTES OF CITY COUNCIL SPECIALSESSION MAY22,2017  The Special Session of the City Council of the City of Seagoville, Texas was called to order at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, May 22, 2017, at City Hall, 702 N. Hwy 175, Seagoville, Texas with  a quorum present, to wit:  Dennis Childress Jose Hernandez Rick Howard Harold Magill Mike Fruin Jon Epps  Mayor Mayor Pro Tem Councilmember Councilmember Councilmember Councilmember  The following staff members were also present: City Manager Patrick Stallings, Police Chief Ray Calverley, Community Development Director Ladis Barr, City Attorney Alexis Allen, and  City Secretary Kandi Jackson. 1. Executive Session  $551.071. Consultation with City Attorney: receive legal advice related to the  tax rate adoption and apportionment. 2. Reconvene Into Regular Session at 7:31 p.m.  City's  Council will reconvene into open session, and take action, if any, on matters  discussed in Executive Session.
