Regular meetings of the City Council are held the 1st and 3rd Mondays of each month, beginning at 7:30 p.m.; the City Council meets regularly inv work sessions at 6:30 p.m. on the same date as the regular meeting. The Seagoville City Hall and Council Chambers are wheelchair accessible. Special parking is available on the southeast side of City Hall and the building may be accessed by a sloped ramp from the parking area to the front area of the building. CONSENT AGENDA All items under this section are recommended for approval by a single motion of Council, without discussion. These items are considered routine or the Council has been briefed on these items at a previous work session and approval of the consent agenda authorizes the City Manager to implement each item. The Mayor will announce the agenda item and provide an opportunity for members of the City Council to request that an item be removed and considered separately. CONSENT 1. October 3, 2011 Meeting Minutes 2. Consider Resolution No. 58-11 authorizing the Mayor to sign an Interlocal Agreement with Dallas County for Food Establishment Inspection and (The City of Seagoville contracts annually with Dallas County to serve as the City's contractor for Food Establishment Inspections and Environmenta Health Services. Council will consider continuing the contract for an additional year.) 3. Consider Resolution No 59-11 Authorizing the Mayor to Sign an Inter-local Agreement (ILA) with Dallas County to Expedite the Sale of Tax Foreclosed (Dallas County has requested the City sign an Interlocal Agreement (ILA) allowing Dallas County to be the trustee for the City of Seagoville in the sale of foreclosed properties. The ILA will allow Dallas County to expedite the sale of foreclosed properties and get them back on the tax roll in a more efficient manner.) 4. Consider Resolution NO. 60-11 Authorizing Dallas County to Resell Tax Foreclosed Properties Previously Struck Offto the City (Dallas County has requested to resell foreclosed property, previously struck off to the City, and get the properties back on the tax roll. The properties in question are 343 E. Malloy Bridge Road and 909 Seago Drive. The properties Environmental Health Services (Vector Control) Properties will be sold by the Sheriff of Dallas County at public auction. Conduct a Public Hearing and Consider Ordinance No 15-11 Rezoning Land Parcels within the Town Center Overlay Zoning District by Rezoning/ Converting Back to the Zoning Classifications that were in Place prior to the Town Center Overlay Zoning Approval on (The subject properties being considered for rezoning are generally bounded on the north by U.S. Highway 175 from Glendale Road to Water Street; properties generally located within approximately 1,000 feet northwest of Malloy Bridge Road but southeast of Shadywood Lane and Ard Road, properties generally located on both sides of and within approximately 500 feet of Kaufman Street from Durham Street to Gladys Street, properties generally located in the southwest and southeast quadrants of Malloy Bridge Road and Watson Street, from Peck Street tot the west, to.
