City Manager Stallings stated the contract for food establishment inspections is up for renewal and A+ Food Industry Inspections, Inc. will provide a presentation on their services for the flea market on U.S. Highway 175. He also stated A+ Food Industry Inspections, Inc. has a contract with the Dallas Fort Worth Airport and the City of Dallas. Seagoville City Council Work Session June 4, 2018 B. Adrian and Carmen Escobedo with A+ Food Industry Inspections, Inc, the food establishment inspector. for the flea market. She stated the flea market contains one hundred seventy-one (171) food vendors. She stated after paying for the inspections sixty-eight thousand, seven hundred and seventy-five dollars (S68,775) has been collected this year from the food establishment inspections at the flea market. She also explained the importance of the food establishment inspections for the health and welfare of Adrian and Carmen Escobedo presented the rules and guidelines that are followed by A+ Food.
