A. Discuss Regular Session Agenda Items April 25, 2022 (City Secretary) 1. Consider approving City Council Meeting Minutes for April 18, 2022, and No questions. 2. Discuss and consider approving a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Seagoville, Texas approving Work Order No. 5 under the Master Agreement for Professional Engineering Services with Garver, LLC. for the purpose of providing engineering services for the Ard Road to Robinwood Drive water line; in an amount not to exceed Fifty Eight Thousand Four Hundred Fifty One Dollars and Zero Cents (S58,451.00) authorizing the City Manager to sign; and providing an effective date (Public Works Director) Public Works Director Ryan stated this Resolution approves Work Order No. 5 under the Master Agreement for Professional Engineering Services with Garver, LLC. for the purpose of providing engineering services for the Ard Road to Robinwood Drive water line. He also stated this will provide fire protection for future development. Seagoville City Council Work Session May 2, 2022 3. Discuss and consider approving a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Seagoville, Texas, authorizing the City Manager to execute a one-year extension to the Dallas County New Directions in Public Safety Grant for a term beginning May 1, 2022, to April 30, 2023, providing a severability clause; and providing an effective date (Assistant Police Chief) Assistant Police Chief Davis stated this Resolution authorizes the City Manager to execute a one-year extension to the Dallas County New Directions in Public Safety Grant for a term beginning May 1, 2022, to April 30, 2023.
