A. Discuss Regular Session Agenda Items 1. Consider approving City Council Meeting Minutes for September 12, 2021 (City Secretary) No questions. 2. Conduct a public hearing on a request amending the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance and map of the City of Seagoville, as amended, by granting a change inz zoning from Agricultural (AG) to Commercial (C), on approximately 5.004+ acres located in the J. Merchant Survey No. 335, Abstract 310, commonly referred to as 1485 South Highway 175, in the City of Seagoville, Kaufman County, Texas, and being depicted and described by metes and bounds in City Manager Stallings stated the public hearing will be held during Regular Session.
