Gagadle  MINUTES OF CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION SEPTEMBER 19, 2022  The Work Session of the City Council of the City of Seagoville, Texas was called to order at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, September 19, 2022, at City Hall, 702 N. Hwy 175,  Seagoville, Texas with a quorum present, to wit:  Dennis Childress Harold Magill Jose Hernandez Rick Howard Mike Fruin Jon Epps  Mayor Mayor Pro Tem Councilmember Councilmember Councilmember Councilmember  Absent  The following staff members were also present: City Manager Patrick Stallings, Police Chief Ray Calverley, Community Development Director Ladis Barr, Senior Planner Bill Medina, City Attorney Victoria Thomas, Director of Administrative Services Cindy  Brown, and City Secretary Kandi Jackson. A. Discuss Regular Session Agenda Items  1. Consider approving City Council Meeting Minutes for September 12, 2021  (City Secretary) No questions.  2. Conduct a public hearing on a request amending the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance and map of the City of Seagoville, as amended, by granting a change inz zoning from Agricultural (AG) to Commercial (C), on approximately 5.004+ acres located in the J. Merchant Survey No. 335, Abstract 310, commonly referred to as 1485 South Highway 175, in the City of Seagoville, Kaufman County, Texas, and being depicted and described by metes and bounds in City Manager Stallings stated the public hearing will be held during Regular Session. Merchant Survey No. 335, Abstract 310, commonly referred to as 1485 South Highway 175, in the City of Seagoville, Kaufman County, Texas, and being depicted and described by metes and bounds in Exhibit *A"attached hereto and incorporated herein; providing for a repealing clause; providing for a savings clause; providing for a severability clause; providing for a penalty of fine not to exceed Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) for each offense; and providing for an Senior Planner Medina stated this Ordinance amends the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance and map of the City of Seagoville, as amended, by granting a change in zoning, from Agricultural (AG) to Commercial (C), on approximately 5.004+ acres located in the J.
