The Seagoville City Hall and Council Chambers are wheelchair accessible. Special parking is available on the southeast side of City Hall and the building may be accessed by a sloped ramp from the parking area to the front area of the building. Hwy 175 and Being +/- 2.7856 Acres (After the Public Hearing, the City Council will consider the designation of reinvestment zone No. 1-2011, to be located at 500 N. Hwy 175, the future site for Ace Hardware, and being +/- 2.7856 acres. The area described must be reasonably and like to contribute to the retention or expansion of primary employment, or to attract major investment in the zone that will be of benefit to the property and contribute to the economic development of the City.) 4. Conduct a Public Hearing and Consider Ordinance No. 13-11 Providing for the Taxation of Goods-in Transit (After the Public Hearing, the City Council will consider Ordinance No. 13-11 providing for the continuance of taxation of Good-in-Transit" Senate Bill 1 passed by the 82nd Texas Legislature, First Called Special Session, inter alia, and amended Section 11.253 of the Tax Code regarding the exemption for Goods-In-fransit." Consider Resolution No. 55-11 Approving a Chapter 380 Economic Development Grant Agreement by and between the City of Seagoville and (The City Council will consider the approval of an economic development Agreement, pursuant to Chapter. 380 with Sadruddin Gillani/Faisal Merchant (Ace Hardware for a grant equivalent to one hundred percent (100%) of sales tax collected from the sale of taxable goods and services made from the Premises for a period of one (1). year.) Consider Ordinance No. 14-11 Amending the City of Seagoville Policy and Procedures Manual; by Adding Section 332 "Attendance Incentive Program;" and Providing an Effective Date (The City of Seagoville would like to recognize those employees that have good attendance with no sick leave use. This new policy would provide a mechanism whereby the City could reward those employees with no sick leave usage each quarter, and by providing additional leave to be taken at a later date. Typically, these incentive policies/programs reduce the overall use of sick leave and thusly reduce operation costs. Therefore, the attached policy is currently under consideration for approval by Council.) 8.
