He stated Mr. Conroy completed the annual audit for the City of Seagoville. Finance Director Harvey presented the CivyofSeagoville 's Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) for Fiscal Mr. Conroy explained a letter has been submitted concerning the City of Seagoville's clean for Fiscal Year 2019 (Finance Director) Year 2019. audit report. Merchant Abstract 850, located southwest of East Farmers Road, between May Road and Alto Road, Seagoville, Dallas County, Texas (Community Development Director) Mayor Childress opened the public hearing at 7:19 p.m. Pat Atkins at 2807 Hays Lane, Rockwall, Texas presented the development and provided elevations. Councilmember Magill stated he liked the refreshing look of the renderings. 6. Merchant Survey, Abstract No. 850, as depicted in Exhibit "A", which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, to the abutting property owner; providing for the furnishing of a certified copy of this ordinance for recording in the Real Property Records ofI Dallas County, Texas, as a quit claim deed; and providing for an effective date Motion to approve an Ordinance of the City of Seagoville, Texas, vacating, abandoning and releasing a 15foot (15) wide by 354.10 feet long alley way, being 4,912 square feet, located on Lot IR, Block 4 of the Town & Country Shopping Center, John D. Discuss and consider: a Resolution ofthe City Council ofthe City of Seagoville, Texas, ratifying and approving the Economic Development Incentive Agreement by and between the SEDC and John Bunker Sands Wetland Center, Inc., in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00), to be paid in two installments, said agreement being attached hereto as Exhibit A; authorizing the City Manager/Executive Director to execute the Agreements; providing for a repealing clause; providing for a severability clause; and providing an effective date (Community Development Director) Motion to approve a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Seagoville, Texas, ratifying andapproving the Economic Development Incentive Agreement byand! between the SEDCand John Bunker Sands Wetland Center, Inc., in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Thousand Dollars (S100,000.00), to be paid in two installments, said agreement being attached hereto as Exhibit A; authorizing the City Manager / Executive Director to execute the Agreements; providing for a repealing clause; providing for a severability clause; and providing an Councilmember Fruin stated he was surprised to see the Incentive Agreement with John Bunker Sands Wetland Center, Inc. on this Agenda because he thought it had been denied. He explained he felt like the Cityy was not receiving a good return on their investment. Aftersome discussion, Mayor Childress called ford a vote.
