Discuss and consider approving a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Seagoville, Texas authorizing the City Manager to enter into a Service Agreement with Motorola Solutions ("Motorola") approving the terms and conditions of the Agreement between the City of Seagoville and Motorola which isa attached hereto as Exhibit "A"; repealing all Resolutions in conflict; providing an effective date = Annual Agreement (Police Support Services Manager) Police Support Services Manager Wirth explained this Resolution authorizes City Manager to enter into a Service Agreement with Motorola Solutions ("Motorola") approving the terms and conditions of the Agreement between the City of Seagoville and Motorola.
