Discuss Storm Drain in a 15-foot wide easement for Woodside Lane between Lot 9 and Lot 10, Block 12A, Brook Valley 7 Phase 1 (between 1106 and 1108 Woodside Community Development Director Barr stated a Storm Drain in a 15-foot wide easement for Woodside Lane between Lot 9 and Lot 10, Block 12A, Brook Valley 7 Phase 1 (between 1106 and 1108 Woodside Lane), fell approximately 8-feet. He stated the failure was due to erosion. The erosion at 1108 Woodside Lane is approximately 20-feet from the structure and the erosion at 1106 Woodside Lane is approximately 16 to 18-feet from the structure. He stated Halff Associates provided an estimate. for of $500,000(five hundred thousand dollars) to. $750,000 (seven hundred fifly thousand dollars). He also stated this is only an estimate the cost could change as there are different scenarios to be considered. City Manager Stallings stated.
