Discuss and consider approving a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Seagoville, Texas amending the Seagoville COVID-19 Stimulus Program previously established by Resolution No. 36-R-2020, by amending the program to authorize additional funding in the amount of Eight Hundred Eighty Thousand (S880,000.00) Dollars for the purpose of paying administration costs of the program and providing commercial rent and/or mortgage and/or payroll assistance to businesses located in the City of Seagoville that are adversely impacted by the COVID-19 Pandemic and under which eligible businesses may receive a one-time grant, based on number of full-time or full- time equivalent employees, to a maximum grant amount of $25,000; and providing an effective date (Director of Health and Code) Seagoville City Council Work Session August 31, 2020 3.
