Lee Landess made a MOTION to approve Resolution No. 66-11, Dennis Childress Highway 175, Seagoville, Texas. SECONDED Vote -5Ayes 0-Nays 6. - Discuss and consider whether or not to hold the General Election on the Uniform Election Date in May of each year or on the Uniform Election Date in November of each year as set forth in Senate Bill 100 and the Federal Military Consensus of the Council to hold the General Election on the Uniform Election Date in Overseas Voter Empowerment Act (MOVE).
