Shady In, Catherine Ln., and. Avalon Drive. Motion to approve Item #6 and nominate. Anderson Asphalt & Concrete for the Hall Street City Attorney Allen stated the language. for Option #2 needed to added to the motion. Paving Improvements - Hernandez, seconded by Epps. Mayor Pro Tem. Epps rescinded his second. Councilmember Hernandez rescinded his motion.
