Discuss and consider approving a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Seagoville, Texas, approving an expenditure for professional engineering services on a defined scope of services basis between Halff Associates, Inc., a Texas Corporation, and the- Seagoville Economic Development Corporation for the downtown corridor study, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as Attachment 1, in an amount not to exceed Eighty Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents ($87,900); authorizing the City Manager to execute said agreement and all documents necessary for the performance of work as set forth in Attachment 1, and Exhibit A thereto; providing for a repealing clause; providing for a severability clause; and providing an 5.
