Grasoanle  MINUTES OF CITY COUNCIL REGULAR SESSION FEBRUARY 1,2 2021  The Regular Session of the City Council of the City of Seagoville, Texas was called to order at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, February 1, 2021, at City Hall, 702 N. Hwy 175, Seagoville, Texas  with a quorum present, to wit:  Dennis Childress Jon Epps Jose Hernandez Rick Howard Harold Magill Mike Fruin  Mayor Mayor Pro Tem Councilmember Councilmember Councilmember Councilmember  Absent  The following staff members were also present: Police Chief Ray Calverley, Community Development Director Ladis Barr, City Attorney Victoria Thomas, Interim Finance Director Gail French, Director of Administrative Services Cindy Brown, and City Secretary Kandi Jackson.  Invocation - Invocation was led by Councilmember Magill. Pledge of Allegiance- - Pledge of Allegiance was led by Mayor Childress. City Council Meeting on Monday, February 22, 2021.  Mayor's Report - Mayor Childress stated he will present the State ofCity Address at the next Citizens Public Comment Period- This portion of the meeting is to allow each speaker up to six (6) minutes toaddress the council on items not posted on the current agenda. Council may not discuss these items but may respond with) factual data or policy information, or place the item on aj future agenda. Discuss and consider approving a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Seagoville, Texas, approving a Professional Services Contract with Pipeline Analysis, LLC, for the purpose of performing various field tests and inspections of the wastewater collection system within the Northeastern Service Area, preparing final reports containingrecommended system repairsand the estimated costs associated with reducing wet weather inflow and infiltration in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Dollars and Eighty-Two Cents ($109,950.82), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as Attachment 1; authorizing the City Manager to execute said Agreement; providing for a repealing clause; providing for a severability Motion to approve a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Seagoville, Texas, approving al Professional.
