Gragonlle MINUTES OF CITY COUNCIL REGULAR SESSION APRIL 16, 2018 The Regular Session of the City Council of the City of Seagoville, Texas was called to order at' 7:01 p.m. on Monday, April 16, 2018, at City Hall, 702 N. Hwy 175, Seagoville, Texas with a quorum present, to wit: Dennis Childress Jon Epps Jose Hernandez Rick Howard Harold Magill Mike Fruin Mayor Mayor Pro Tem Councilmember Councilmember Councilmember Councilmember (absent) The following staff members were also present: City Manager Patrick Stallings, Police Chief Ray Calverley, Library Director Liz Gant, Community Development Director Ladis Barr, City Attorney Alexis Allen, and City Secretary Kandi Jackson. Proclamation - Motorcycle Safety & Awareness - Mayor Childress presented the Motorcycle Recognition- Christine Dykes National Emergency Number Association - 2018 Professional oft the Year Mayor Childress presented the 2018 Operations Professional of the Year Award Safety & Awareness Proclamation. to Christine Dykes. Citizens wishing to speak on posted agenda items will be called upon at that time. Anyone wishing to. speak shall submit a Speaker Request Form to the Mayor Childress stated Cheryl Fowler at 217. E. Bluff Seagoville, Texas wanted to express her thanks for the work performed at her mother's home. Cheryl Fowler had to leave the meeting due City Secretary. to aj family emergency but asked to have that information shared. CONSENT. AGENDA- The Consent Agenda contains items which are: routine in nature and will 1. Consider approving City Council Meeting minutes for April 2, 2018 (City Secretary) 2. Consider approving a Resolution finding that Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC'sapplication forapproval ofa distribution cost recovery factor pursuant to 16TEX. ADMIN. CODE $2 25.243 toi increase distribution rates within the City should be denied; finding that the City's reasonable rate case expenses shall be reimbursed by the Company; finding that the meeting at which this Resolution is passed is open to the public as required by law; requiring notice oft this Resolution to the Company and legal counsel; be acted upon in one: motion. and providing an effective date.
