Giagale  MINUTES OF CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION SEPTEMBER 18, 2017  The Work Session of the City Council of the City of Seagoville, Texas was called to order at 6:31 p.m. on Monday, September 18, 2017, at City Hall, 702 N. Hwy 175,  Seagoville, Texas with a quorum present, to wit:  Dennis Childress Jon Epps Jose Hernandez Rick Howard Harold Magill Mike Fruin  Mayor Mayor Pro Tem Councilmember Councilmember Councilmember Councilmember  The following staff members were also present: City Manager Patrick Stallings, Police Chief Ray Calverley, Community Development Director Ladis Barr, City Attorney Alexis Allen, Finance Director Patrick Harvey, and City Secretary Kandi Jackson.  A. Discuss Regular Session Agenda Items Item #1 There were no questions. Schedule is an increase in drainagefees.  Item #2 Finance Director Harvey stated the only change on the Master Fee City Manager Stalling stated there were repairs required that were unforeseen last year and this requested increase for drainage fees is to compensate for those Item #3 Seagoville Economic Director Dr. Cole presented the incentive Wes Parnell 53 Meadowbrook, Trophy Club, Texas 76262 stated the parking lot will be expanded. He also stated the drive thru will be relocated for ease of  type ofrepairs.  agreement with Chicken Express for expansion.  access.
