CODE $ 25.243 to increase distribution rates within the City should be denied; finding that the City's reasonable rate case expenses shall be reimbursed by the Company; finding that the meeting at which this Resolution is passed is open to the public as required by law; requiring notice of this Resolution to the Company and legal counsel; and providing an effective date  (Director of Administrative Services)  REGULAR AGENDA-  3. Discuss and consider approval of a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Seagoville, Texas approving an amendment to the Professional Engineering Service Agreement for the Crestview Lane Reconstruction with Halff Associates, Inc. by extending the reconstruction to East Malloy Bridge Road from its point of intersection with Crestview Lane to its point ofi intersection with US Highway 175, as set forth in the Supplemental Scope of Services attached hereto as Exhibit "A", in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Twenty Four Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($124,000); authorizing the City Manager to execute said Agreement; providing for a repealing clause; providing foraseverability clause; and providing 5.
