Discuss and consider approving a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Seagoville, Texas authorizing Anderson Asphalt & Concrete Paving to provide roadway asphalt repair on East Malloy Bridge Road for compensation in an amount not to exceed Seventy Eight Thousand Thirty One Dollars and Fifty Cents (S78,031.50); authorizing the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents; and providing an effective date (Public Works Director) Public Works Director Ryan stated this Resolution authorizes Anderson Asphalt & Concrete Paving to, provide roadway asphalt repair on East Malloy. Bridge Road for compensation in an amount not to exceed Seventy Eight Thousand Thirly One City Manager Stallings stated trucks that use Malloy Bridge Road are the biggest issue. He also stated Anderson Asphalt allowed a break on the asphalt. Discuss and consider approving a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Seagoville, Texas authorizing Anderson Asphalt & Concrete Paving to provide asphalt road repair work on Bowers Road for compensation in an amount not to exceed Three Hundred Thirty Thousand Six Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents ($330,600.00); authorizing the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents; and providing an effective date (Public Works Public Works Director Ryan stated this Resolution authorizes Anderson Asphalt & Concrete Paving to provide asphalt road repair work on Bowers Road for compensation in an amount not to exceed Three Hundred Thirty Thousand Six 5. Discuss and consider approving a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Seagoville, Texas approving an agreement with Wheco Controls, a division of Wheco Electric, Inc., for updating the water and wastewater Scada System in an amount not to exceed Ninety Six Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Dollars and Zero Cents ($96,940.00); authorizing the City Manager to sign; and providing Public Works Director Ryan stated this Resolution approves an agreement with Wheco Controls, a division of Wheco Electric, Inc., for updating the water and wastewater Scada System in an amount not to exceed Ninety Six Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Dollars and Zero Cents ($96,940.00). He stated this upgrade will allow access from an iphone or computer as needed. He also stated this will upgrade 7. Discuss and consider approving an Ordinance of the City of Seagoville, Texas, authorizing and approving an amendment to Ordinance 25-2021 which adopted the Operating Budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2021 and ending September 30, 2022, by amending Professional Fees in the Water & Sewer Operating fund to add an additional Ninety Six Thousand Nine Hundred and Forty Dollars ($96,940); authorizing the City Manager to make said adjustments; providing for the repeal of all Ordinances in conflict; providing a severability clause; and providing an effective date (Finance Director) Finance Director French stated this Ordinance authorizes and approves an amendment to Ordinance 25-20211 which adopted the Operating Budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2021 and ending September 30, 2022, by amending Professional Fees in the Water & Sewer Operating. fund to add an additional Ninety Six Thousand Nine Hundred and Forty Dollars (S96,940). Discuss and consider approving a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Seagoville, Texas amending the Master Fee Schedule to add applicable fees related to Multi-Family Licensing and Inspection; providing a savings clause, providing a severability clause; and providing an effective date City Attorney Thomas stated this Resolution amends the Master Fee Schedule to add applicable fees related to Multi-Family Licensing and Inspection. 9. Discuss and consider approving a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Seagoville, Texas amending the Master Fee Schedule to add applicable fees related to issuing library cards to non-residents of Seagoville (Library Director) Library, Director Rawlings stated this Resolution amends the Master Fee Schedule to add applicable fees related to issuing library cards to non-residents of Seagoville.
