Discuss and consider approving a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Seagoville, Texas approving an agreement with Halff Associates, Inc. for the purpose of providing surveying and engineering services for the Highway 175 Wastewater Main Crossing; authorizing the City Manager to sign; and providing an 4.
