A. Discuss Regular Session Agenda Items 1. Consider approving City Council Meeting Minutes for September 19, 2022 (City Secretary) No questions. 2. Discuss and consider approving the Chamber of Commerce Street Dance to Seagoville Chamber of Commerce Managing Director, Edwards stated the Chamber of Commerce is seeking permission from City Council to host the Second Annual Street Dance Event to be held on Saturday, November 5, 2022. She stated it will be held in Old Downtown Seagoville on N. Kaufman St. at Malloy Bridge Road from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. She stated there will be live music, food vendors, and face be held on November5, 2022 painting, for children. Conduct a public hearing concerning an Ordinance of the City of Seagoville, Texas, amending the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance and map, as previously amended, by changing the zoning from "C" Commercial to "C-SUP" Commercial with a Special Use Permit to allow for a drive through service window, subject to special conditions on approximately 2.00+ acres described as Lot IR, Block 1 of the Nabors addition, commonly known as 2806 Highway 175, 4. Discuss and consider approving an Ordinance of the City of Seagoville, Texas, amending the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance and map, as previously amended, by changing the zoning from "C" Commercial to "C-SUP" Commercial with a Special Use Permit to allow for a drive through service window, subject to special conditions on approximately 2.00+ acres described as Lot 1R, Block 1 oft the Nabors addition, commonly known as 2806 Highway 175, Seagoville, Dallas County, Texas; providing for special conditions; providing for the repeal of all Ordinances in conflict; providing a severability clause; providing a penalty of fine not to exceed the sum of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) for each offense; and providing an effective date (Community Senior Planner Medina stated this Ordinance amends the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance and map, as previously amended, by changing the zoning from "C" Commercial to "C-SUP" Commercial with a Special Use Permit to allow, for a drive through service window, subject to special conditions on approximately 2.00+ acres described as Lot IR, Block 1 of the Nabors Addition, commonly known as 2806 5.
