She explained the requirements of Councilmember Hernandez asked if anyone would be grandfathered in under this Ordinance. City Attorney Morris stated no one would be grandfathered but new construction would not be required toj perform the inspections the first year. 16. Discuss and consider approving a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Seagoville, Texas amending the master fee schedule to add applicable fees related to multi-family licensing and inspection; providing a savings clause, providing a severability clause; and providing an effective date (Mayor Pro' Tem City Manager Stallings stated this Resolution provides for the fees associated with Item #15 concerning the Mulit-Family Licensing and Inspection.
