Highway 175, Seagoville, Kaufman County, Texas, and being more particularly described as Lots 1,2and 3, Block A, oft the Sudduth Addition; providing for approval of Concept Plan; providing for Development Regulations; providing a repealing clause; providing a savings clause; providing a penalty of a fine not to exceed the sum of two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) for each offense; and providing an effective date.  6.
