Hwy 175, Seagoville, Texas with a quorum present, to wit: Dennis Childress Harold Magill Jose Hernandez Rick Howard Mike Fruin Jon Epps Mayor Mayor Pro Tem Councilmember Councilmember Councilmember Councilmember Arrived at 7:21 p.m. The following staff members were also present: City Manager Patrick Stallings, Police Chief Ray Calverley, Assistant Police Chief Steve Davis, Police Sergeant Karl Bailey, Community Development Director Ladis Barr, Public Works Director Chris Ryan, Fire ChiefTodd Gilcrease, City Attorney Victoria Thomas, of Administrative Services Cindy Brown, and City Secretary Kandi Jackson.
