Hwy 175,  Seagoville, Texas with a quorum present, to wit:  Dennis Childress Jon Epps Jose Hernandez Rick Howard Harold Magill Mike Fruin  Mayor Mayor Pro Tem Councilmember Councilmember Councilmember Councilmember  Absent Arrived at 6:38 p.m.  The following staff members were also present: City Manager Patrick Stallings, Police Chief Ray Calverley, Fire Chief Todd Gilcrease, Community Development Director Ladis Barr, City Attorney Alexis Allen, Finance Director Patrick Harvey, Library Director Liz Gant, HR Director/Risk Manager Cindy Brown, and City Secretary Kandi  Jackson.
