Consider and act upon Resolution No. 32-R-12 appointing Albert B Fenton as Presiding Municipal Court Judge for a two-year term beginning November 4, 2012 and 2. Consider and act upon Resolution No. 33-R-12 appointing Cathy Penn as Associate Judge for a two year term beginning November 4, 2012 and authorizing the Mayor to  authorizing the Mayor to sign a contract with Judge Fenton.  sign a contract with Cathy Penn.
