Giasandle  MINUTES OF CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION DECEMBER 2, 2019  The Work Session of the City Council of the City of Seagoville, Texas was called to order at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, December 2, 2019, at City Hall, 702 N. Hwy 175,  Seagoville, Texas with a quorum present, to wit:  Dennis Childress Jon Epps Jose Hernandez Rick Howard Harold Magill Mike Fruin  Mayor Mayor Pro Tem Councilmember Councilmember Councilmember Councilmember  The following staff members were also present: Police Chief Ray Calverley, Community Development Director Ladis Barr, City Attorney Victoria Thomas, Finance Director Patrick Harvey, Water Utilities Director Chris Ryan, Police Captain Steve Davis, Police Sergeant Tim Talley, Director of Administrative Services Cindy Brown, and City  Secretary Kandi Jackson.  A. Discuss Regular Session Agenda Items  1. Consider approving City Council Meeting minutes for November 18, 2019  (City Secretary) No questions.  2. Discuss and consider approving a Resolution of the City of Seagoville, Texas, Authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement for the purchase of water line parts for a new water main along East Simonds Road in an amount not to exceed $125,002.91 from Apsco Supply; and providing an effective date Water Utilities Director Ryan stated this Resolution will approve an agreement for the purchase of water line parts for a new water main along East Simonds Road. He also stated this water line will allow service for the new. fire station.  (Water Utilities Director)    Seagoville City Council Work Session  December 2, 2019  Councilmember Fruin asked if there is a list for where the fire hydrants will be located.
