fiagouille  MINUTES OF CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION APRIL 16, 2018  The Work Session of the City Council of the City of Seagoville, Texas was called to order at 6:31 p.m. on Monday, April 16, 2017, at City Hall, 702 N. Hwy 175,  Seagoville, Texas with a quorum present, to wit:  Dennis Childress Jon Epps Jose Hernandez Rick Howard Harold Magill Mike Fruin  Mayor Mayor Pro Tem Councilmember Councilmember Councilmember Councilmember  (absent)  The following staff members were also present: City Manager Patrick Stallings, Police Chief Ray Calverley, Community Development Director Ladis Barr, City Attorney Alexis Allen, Library Director Liz Gant, Public Works Director Phil DeChant, and City  Secretary Kandi Jackson. Consider approving a Resolution finding that Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC's application for approval of a distribution cost recovery factor pursuant to 16 TEX. ADMIN. CODE S 25.243 to increase distribution rates within the City should be denied; finding that the City's reasonable rate case expenses shall be reimbursed by the Company; finding that the meeting at which this Resolution is passed is open to the public as required by law; requiring notice of this Resolution to the Company and legal counsel; and providing an  effective date No questions.
