Harold Magill Dennis Childress Peggy Day Lee Landess  The following Seagoville Economic Development Corporation Board Members  were present: Joel Phillips Dena Harper Gary Tidwell The following City Staff were present: City Manager SEDC President/CEO City Secretary  Mike Rubial Wanda Sewell Stepper Sebastian, Chair Larry Graves Bekki Roberts Sheila Martin  Mayor Sexton called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. and Council Member Dennis Childress delivered the invocation. The City Council led the Pledge of  Allegiance. None SPEAKERS None  PRESENTATION/PROCLAMATIONES    City Council- - SEDC Joint Special-Called Meeting  September 26, 20110 011 Page 2of3  ACTION ITEMS- EXECUTIVE SESSION  ITEMS FOR INDIVIDUAL CONSIDERATION  1.1 The City Council and Seagoville Economic Development Board shall convene into closed executive session pursuant to $551 of the TEX. Go's CODE in accordance with the authority contained in Section 551.087 of the Texas Government Code to Deliberations regarding economic development negotiations, to wit to deliberateldiscuss the offer of a financial or other incentive to al business prospect. Consider Resolution No. 57-11 Amending the City Manager's Employment Mayor Sexton stated during the September 19, 2011 City Council Executive Session, Council agreed to amend the City Manager's Employment Agreement. Resolution No. 57-11 formalizes the amendments made in Executive Session.)
