City Manager Stallings stated Community Development Director Barr will Community Development Director Barr stated this is a Resolution authorizing payment of $58,288.06 to Dallas County Road and Bridge District Number 3for street and park maintenance work completed between September 23, 2016 and In response to a question by Councilmember Fruin, Community Development Director Barr stated this amount is for work that was completed in the past. September 28, 2017. B. Discuss roll-off costs and solid waste program City Manager. Stallings introduced. Rick Bernas from Republic Services. Municipal Marketing Manager Bernas from Republic Services presented roll-off costs and the solid waste program. Seagoville City Council Work Session November 6, 2017 Councilmember Fruin stated several constituents have contacted him concerning the cost of roll-offs from Republic Services being higher than other companies and they are bound by the contract with the City to use. Republic Services. Municipal Marketing Manager Bernas stated the contract with Republic Services was designed to have advantages for using Republic Services. The advantages for using Republic Services roll-offs are the insurance concerning damages that may occur, the residential rates are kept lower, and the proper disposal of waste. Discuss maintenance and care of equipment maintenance and care ofequipment. City Manager Stallings stated Fire ChiefGilcrease will present the procedure for Fire Chief Gilcrease presented the procedures for maintenance and care of equipment.
