Highway 175, Seagoville, Texas February 17, 2011 7:30 p.m.  The City Council extends to each visitor a sincere welcome. We value your interest in your community and your participation in the meetings of this governing body. Regular meetings of the City Council are held the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month, beginning at 7:30 p.m.; the City Council meets regularly inv work sessions at 6:30 p.m. on the same date as the regular meeting. The Seagoville City Hall and Council Chambers are wheelchair accessible. Special parking is available on the southeast side of City Hall and the building may be accessed by a sloped ramp from the parking area to the front area of the building. Consider Resolution No. 04-11 Declaring 24 City-Owned Sig-Sauer Handguns Surplus and Authorizing the City Manager to Sell, Trade, or Dispose of Them in Accordance with Processes Established in the Code of Ordinances (Police Department staff members have identified a cost effective program for the purchase ofn new handguns fort the Department. This purchase requires the City to trade their existing weapons in on the new ones in order to reduce costs). 3.
