Special parking is available on the southeast side of City Hall and the building may be accessed by a sloped ramp from the parking area to the front area of the building. Consider Resolution No. 04-11 Declaring 24 City-Owned Sig-Sauer Handguns Surplus and Authorizing the City Manager to Sell, Trade, or Dispose of Them in Accordance with Processes Established in the Code of Ordinances (Police Department staff members have identified a cost effective program for the purchase ofn new handguns fort the Department. This purchase requires the City to trade their existing weapons in on the new ones in order to reduce costs). 3.
