He stated this Planned Development changes the zoning. from R-21oR-5, will have. several homes will have side entrygarages, eightypercent (80%) masonry on the homes, two (2) concrete lanes with sidewalks on Stark Road and Lasater Road, a pool area, and walking trails. Marie Cameron presented the Planned Development. Marie Cameron stated two (2) to three (3) phases. Councilmember Hernandez asked how many, phases will it take to complete the development. Mr. Timmerman, Theodore Wojtowicz, Jerry Beçker, Keri Sanders, Cindy Timmerman, Keith Meek, Rusty Olgetree, and Bambi Wade spoke in opposition. Stepper Sebastian spoke inj favor.
