Consider and act upon Resolution No. 30-R-12 approving the reallocation of FY2012- 2013 Community Development Block Grant Funds (CDBG) in the amount of $93,392.00 to be used for the FY2011 road rehabilitation project in the Briar Creek 2.. Consider and act upon Resolution No. 31-R-12 to enter into an Interlocal Agreement between Dallas County and the City of Seagoville to join the Household Hazardous  Subdivision.  Waste Network Program.  CITIZEN COMMENTS  At this time, citizens may speak 3 minutes each on any matter, other than personnel matters, or matters under litigation, on a "first come, first served" basis. All comments are to be presented from the podium to the Council.
