Araganitle  MINUTES OF CITY COUNCIL WORKSHOP MAY 13, 2021  The Work Session of the City Council of the City of Seagoville, Texas was called to order at 6:31 p.m. on Thursday, May 13, 2021, at City Hall, 702 N. Hwy 175,  Seagoville, Texas with a quorum present, to wit:  Dennis Childress Jon Epps Jose Hernandez Rick Howard Harold Magill Mike Fruin  Mayor Mayor Pro Tem Councilmember Councilmember Councilmember Councilmember  The following staff members were also present: Police Chief Ray Calverley, Community Development Director Ladis Barr, Director of Administrative Services Cindy Brown, and A. Discussion concerning Public Improvement District's (PIDS) and Tax Jason Hughes with Hilltop Securities and Mary Petty with P3Works presented Public Improvement Districts (PIDS) and Tax Increment Reimvestment Zones B. Receive a presentation from Halff Associates concerning the new Police  City Secretary Kandi Jackson.  Increment Reinvestment Zones (TIRZ)  (TIRZ).
