Regular meetings of the City Council are held the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month, beginning at 7:30 p.m.; the City Council meets regularly inv work sessions at 6:30 p.m. on the same date as the regular meeting. The Seagoville City Hall and Council Chambers are wheelchair accessible. Special parking is available on the southeast side of City Hall and the building may be accessed by a sloped ramp from the parking area to the front area of the building. Consider Resolution No. 03-11 Suspending an ONCOR Rate Increase (ONCOR has filed for a rate increase that will result in an estimated $60 per month increase for residential customers. Council will consider a Resolution to suspend any additional action on the proposed increase pending further evaluation by the Steering Committee of Cities Served by Oncor, to evaluate the filing, determine whether the filing complies with law, and if lawful, to determine what further strategy, including settlement, to pursue.) 3.
