Highway 175, Suites 900A, 900B, 900C, 900D, 902 and 4. Discuss and consider approval of Ordinance No. 07-14 amending the existing Local Retail "LR" zoning to include a Specific Use Permit "SUP" (Religious Institution - Church) on Lot 2, Block B, Putnam - Hoffman Addition, more commonly known as 900 N. Highway 175, Suites 900A, 900B, 900C, 900D, 902 and 904, Seagoville, Texas; and 5. Conduct a public hearing to receive citizen input on the proposed tax rate of $0.713800 per $100 valuation, which exceeds the effective tax rate calculated by the Dallas County Tax Assessor/Collector of $0.700827 or 1.85%. This rate will raise more revenue from property taxes than last year's budget by an amount of$123,834.00. 6. Conduct a public hearing to receive citizen input on the proposed FY 2014-2015 budget for all City funds. This budget will raise more property taxes than last year's budget by $69,462 or 2.12%, and of that amount, $18,908 is tax revenue to be raised 7. Conduct public hearing to receive input on the proposed FY 2014-2015 hotel/motel 8. Consider directing staff on proposed FY 2014-2015 hotel/motel tax budget. 9. Discuss and consider approval of Ordinance No. 08-14 amending Chapter 11, Health and Sanitation, Section 11.02.004, Definitions, to provide a definition for a Flea Market 10. Discuss and consider Resolution No. 45-R-14 amending the Master Fee Schedule to provide for a fee for Flea Market Food Vendor permit and Portable Gas/Propane Tank 11.
