Graganle  MINUTES OF CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL SESSION MARCH27,2017  The Special Session of the City Council of the City of Seagoville, Texas was called to order at 12:01 p.m. on Monday, March 27, 2017, at City Hall, 702 N. Hwy 175,  Seagoville, Texas with a quorum present, to wit:  Dennis Childress Josel Hernandez Rick Howard Harold Magill Mike Fruin Jon Epps  Mayor Mayor Pro Tem (absent) Councilmember Councilmember (arrived 12:15 p.m.) Councilmember Councilmember  The following staff members were also present: City Manager Patrick Stallings, Interim City Secretary Christie Wilson, Human Resources Director Cindy Brown, Library Director Liz Gant, and Shirley Booth, Payroll Administrator. Katie Corder from SGR  was present as well. 1. Executive Session  Council shall convene into a closed executive session pursuant to Section 551.074 to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee,  towit: City Secretary.  Executive Session was convened at 12:02 p.m. 2. Reconvened Open Session at 4:43 p.m.  Any action as a result of executive session regarding the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a  public officer or employee, to wit: City Secretary.  Motion to make an employment officer to Kandi Jackson as discussed in executive session- Magill; second by Epps; motion passed with all ayes Hernandez absent/  Adjourned at 4:44 p.m.  APPROVED:  TE  Dennis K.
