Giagalle  MINUTES OF CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION APRIL: 5.2021  The Work Session of the City Council of the City of Seagoville, Texas was called to order at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, April 5, 2021, at City Hall, 702 N. Hwy 175,  Seagoville, Texas with a quorum present, to wit:  Dennis Childress Jon Epps Jose Hernandez Rick Howard Harold Magill Mike Fruin  Mayor Mayor Pro Tem Councilmember Councilmember Councilmember Councilmember  The following staff members were also present: City Manager Patrick Stallings, Police Chief Ray Calverley, Community Development Director Ladis Barr, City Attorney Victoria Thomas, Finance Director Gail French, Fire Chief Todd Gilcrease, Director of Administrative Services Cindy Brown, and City Secretary Kandi Jackson.  B. Update concerning Fire Department Operations  Fire Chief Gilcrease explained Swift Water Rescue and how the new hovercraft aids in Swift Water Rescue. He invited Council outside to view the new hovercraft. He expressed his appreciation to Council concerning Fire Station #2 and the new  engine.  Adjourned at 6:37 p.m.  APPROVED: L - Mayor Dennis K.
