The Seagoville City Hall and Council Chambers are wheelchair accessible. Special parking is available on the southeast side of City Hall and the building may be accessed by a sloped ramp from the parking area to the front area of the building. Conduct a Public Hearing and consider Ordinance No. 10-11 on a requested zoning change for a Continuance of a Specific Use Permit (SUP) altering an existing premises occupied or to be occupied by a handicapped (The applicants Gerardo Figueroa and Maris Alfaro, are requesting a continuance ofa Specific Use Permit (SUP) altering an existing premises (garage enclosure) to accommodate handicapped, persons residing at and/or visiting 1615 Makayla Lane.
