Bill Chambliss - commented on recent meeting of the Street Committee; future Bond election to fix streets; anticipated amount would take to fix streets; economy last few years; city operating on tight budget; and future infrastructure needs. ITEM 14. CITIZEN COMMENTS. Tanya Minnick, 2808 Dennis Circle - commented understood city need more money; street repairs needed in Robinhood neighborhood; where are tax dollars going; and must resolve. Barbara Nix, 2816 Dennis Circle - commented agreed with Tanya Minnick; got to get roads Juan Palomino, 2907 Wanda Way - commented on need for his street to be repaired; kids bump one end to the other; kids cannot ride their bicycles on the street; and please help. Manuel Rodriguez, 2706 Lynell - commented no dividers/reflectors on the street; accident waiting to happen; need to address safety concerns; we are the forgotten neighborhood; need city assistance; problem when it rains; potholes 1-3i inches deep; and dialogue in meeting. Jose Morano, 2904 Wanda Way commented lived at residence 40 years; city does not come through there; too narrow and dangerous; streets disappearing - Mexico better; please help us; Georgina Mariano, 2921 Wanda Way commented taxes pay not cheap; appreciate finding money; roads need fixing; want kids to be able to play; and cannot drive on streets. Jesus Ruiz, 2920 Wanda Way - commented lived there 13-14 years; doesn't remember last time street got fixed; rain washes away street; trash pick-up not consistent; and do not pick up all the Val Blair, 28061 Lynell - commented same complaint as others; asked if drive their neighborhood; want pot holes filled; understand situation; three men come out, only two men work and fill two fixed; and even ifone road at at time. and doesn't take much. big trash. holes and leave; and rain washes the fill away.
