Hwy 175, Seagoville, Texas  with a quorum present, to wit:  Dennis Childress Mike Fruin Jose Hernandez Rick Howard Harold Magill Jon Epps  Mayor Mayor Pro Tem Councilmember Councilmember Councilmember Councilmember  Absent  The following staffr members were also present: City Manager Patrick Stallings, Police Chief Ray Calverley,Community Development DirectorLadis Barr, City Attorney Courtney Morris, Finance Director Gail French, Director of Administrative Services Cindy Brown, and City Secretary Kandi  Jackson. Discuss and consider approving a Resolution of the City of Seagoville, Texas, approving and ratifying the City Manager's action for an expenditure of general fund monies in an amount not to exceed Forty-Four Thousand One Hundred Forty-Three Dollars and No Cents (S44,143.00) for emergency replacement of the Seagoville Public Library ceiling; authorizing the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents; and providing an effective date (Community Development Director) Motion to approve a Resolution of the City of Seagoville, Texas, approving and ratifying the City Manager's action for an expenditure of general fund monies in an amount not to exceed Forty-Four Thousand One Hundred Forty-Three Dollars and No Cents (S44,143.00) for emergencyreplacement of the Seagoville Public Libraryceiling: authorizing the City Manager to execute any and all necessary documents; and providing an effective date - Hernandez, 14.
