Discuss and Consider Resolution No. 39-11 Authorizing the Mayor to Sign a Memorandum of Understanding: with the County of Dallas for Costs Related to (Beginning October 1, 2011, the Dallas County Sheriff's Office will be charging  Jail Transfers  municipalities for jail transfer service.)  4. Consider Resolution No. 40-11 Authorizing the Purchase of a Caterpillar Backhoe/Loader Totaling $74,158.00 to HOLT Caterplillar (The City Council will consider the purchase of a new Caterpillar Backhoe/Loader totaling $74,158.00. Consider Resolution No. 42-11 Ratifying a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Agreement with the City of Seagoville to Provide Office Space for the (In December of 2010 the SEDC staff in conjunction with the Police Chief Stallings and City Manager, Lany Graves implemented the idea of Officer Kenny Dickerson sharing the EDC office for his Citizens Police Academy, Citizens On Patrol and various other programs, due to the lack of space at the Seagoville Police Department. Council will ratify an agreement that allows the Seagoville Economic Development Corporation to 11. Consider Resolution No. 44-11 Ratifying an SEDC Project Agreement with the City of Seagoville for Funding ini the Amount not to Exceed $22,403.00 for Repair/Upgrade of Playground Equipment in Heard/Petty White Parks, Tennis/ Basketball Repair in Central Park, and Trash Receptacles for all listed Parks (The Parks and Recreation department has requested SEDC grant funds for park projects on an annual basis. The City has submitted a request fori fourp projects, requesting to use the balance remaining in the FY: 2010-11 budget.)  8. Consider Applications and Make Appointments for Vacant and Expiring City (Council will make appointments for vacant and expiring City Boards and Commission  Boards and Commission Seats  Seats.
