Regular meetings of the City Council are held the 1st and 3rd Mondays of each month, beginning at 7:30 p.m.; the City Council meets regularly in work sessions at 6:30 p.m. on the same date as the regular meeting. The Seagoville City Hall and Council Chambers are wheelchair accessible. Special parking is available on the southeast side of City Hall and the building may be accessed by a sloped ramp from the parking area to the front area of the building. Consider Resolution No. 51-11 Ratifying an SEDC Project Agreement with Dean Gillani/Faisal Merchant for an economic development incentive for new construction of Ace Hardware to be located at 600 N. Hwy 175 in the amount not to exceed $400,000.00 and the conveyance of said property, approximately .07977 acres located adjacent to the Ace Hardware site. (A project agreement has previously been submitted and approved. Details oft this agreement were, predetermined in the proposal originally submitted to Mr. Gillani by the Board of Directors and approved at the May 27, 2011 Special Meeting.
